Brooke Griffiths
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Brooke Griffiths, Executive Director and Allentown native, brings over 16 years of professional experience in social work, business, and healthcare leadership, offering a unique set of skills for community led transformation. Most recently, Brooke worked for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), where she led high performing teams, designed and scaled population health programs, as well a implemented system-wide social determinants of health screening and intervention initiatives.
Brooke has worked with children, youth, and families and taught courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels locally. Griffiths holds a Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Marywood University, a Master’s Business Administration (MBA) in Community Service and Economic Leadership from Alvernia University, and a B.A. in Criminology, Sociology, and Psychology from Wilkes University. She is a proud wife and mom to her two children and rescued beagle.
